Copies of judgments issued by the Circuit Court include: names of plaintiffs and defendants signed by judge, court commissioner, or clerk of court (when defendant refused to answer complaint). Includes both civil and criminal cases. Civil cases include: disputes over promissory notes and settlement of estates, foreclosures, divorces, etc. Criminal cases include: murder, bastardy, assault and battery, some appeals.
