Grant by William de Kirkeby, knight, to Florence de Tilmanston and John de Sandhurst of his manor of Tilmanston (Kent) with all his lands, etc., in Thornton, Wendleston and Stourene, Hoddings, and Smetheton with 60s. yearly rent in which Robert de Chilham and Rose his wife were bound to the grantor from their manor of Stormuthe (Kent), as the grantor acquired them from the same Florence de Tilmanston, Matilda and Agatha her sisters, and John de Sandhurst; the grantees giving the grantor 200 marks.
