Agreement, 1627, February 15. 2 Charles I.

Agreement between Sir Philip Cary of London, knight, and John Williams of London, esq., that for the better performance of sundry agreements whereby the two parties now stand siezed of the manor of Mynster in the Isle of Thanette (Kent) to indemnify them in respect of bonds, etc., entered into by them for the debts of Henry, viscount Cary, brother of the said Sir Philip Cary. The said Sir Philip Cary doth covenant that, should the said John Williams die during his lifetime, he will permit his heirs, executors, and administrators to have, hold, and enjoy 1 moiety of the said manor, and the said John Williams similarly covenants in case Sir Philip Cary die within his lifetime.
