Whereas Henry de Langele of Coventre, son of John de Langele, has granted and quitclaimed to Henry de Geddyngg and Alice his wife, mother of the said Henry de Langele, all his right in his lands, etc., in Coventre and Eton (Warwicks.), and Hynkele (Leics.), and whereas Henry de Langele is bound to Henry de Geddyngg in the sum of £100 by a certain writing obligatory, that said Henry de Geddyngg grants that if Henry de Langele levies a fine before the justices to the said Henry and Alice his wife of all the aforesaid lands, etc., and pays the necessary expenses, the said bond shall then be null and void, otherwise it is to remain in force. Done at London on Thursday on the feast of St. Peter ad vincula, 10 Edward III.
