Bargain and sale by Richard Brundish of Meathwold (Norf.), husbandman, son and heir of Richard Brundish, late of Pulham Street (Norf.), deceased, to John Wright of Meathwold, husbandman, for £200 of all his arable land in the town of Feltwell (Norf.) in a certain place called "Mickleborrowe feild," or "Twoyeares Shifte," containing 23 acres, and all other his freehold lands in Meathwold and Feltwell which late were the lands and tenements of the said Richard Brundish, deceased, and which the said Richard Brundish the son has by virtue of the last will and testament of the deceased, bearing date of 1 August 1602, other than those lands which Richard the son granted to Abraham Younges of Meathwold, yeoman, indenture or deed indented of mortgage bearing date of 28 September 2 Charles I [1626]; upon the condition that if the vendor pay the said John Wright £216 by 1 January 1634 and £16 yearly, then this present writing shall be void; with covenant to make good title. Not of livery of seisin on reverse.
