Quitclaim by Vincent Puckle of Lidd (Kent), yeoman, and Martha his wife, to John Puckle of Sheldridge (Kent), gentleman, of their right in a parcel of marshland containing 7 acres, late in the tenure of the said Vincent, situated in Lidd in a certain place there called "Small Brookes" and bounded by the lands of the heirs of Clement Stuppeney, gentleman, deceased, to the southwest, by the common of Lidd to the southeast and northwest, and by the land of Gregorie Wattes to the northeast; which said parcel of land Vincent Puckle lately purchased of Smalhope Bigge of Cranebrooke, clothier; and also a piece of marshland of 4 acres in Denge Marshe in Lidd, adjoining the lands of the heirs of Peter Godfrey, esq., deceased, to the Northeast and the lands of the Honorable John, earl of Thanet, toward the southwest and bounded by the common sewer there toward the northwest to a green lane leading to Dengemarsh Court to the southeast, and by the lands of the said Vincent Puckle to the northeast; with another piece of marshland containing 1 acre lying in Dengemarsh along the watercourse and adjoining a field called "Snarehill," which Vincent Puckle lately purchased of Stephen Browne, late of Lidd, jurat, deceased.
