Agreement, 1667, October 1. 19 Charles I.

Agreement between Richard Gipps of Little Horninger (Suff.), gentleman, of the one part, and Thomas Sparke of the Inner Temple (London), gentleman, and Thomas Covell of Furnival's Inn (London), gentleman, of the other part; whereby Richard Gipps covenants to levy a fine before the end of Michaelmas term next ensuing unto Thomas Sparke and Thomas Covell of and in a capital messuage called "Little Horningshearth," otherwise "Little Horninger Hall," with the manor, etc., appertaining thereto in the county of Suffolk; a messuage, etc., adjoining thereto now in the tenure or occupation of James Dyard, "Little Horninger Sheepcourse"; the manors of Fornahm Genefer, otherwise Genever, otherwise Fornham St. Genevefe, and "Priors Manor," with lands, etc., in Fornham Genefer, Fornahm St. Martin, Fornahm All Saints, Ingham, and Culford (Suff.), the water mill of Fornahm Genefer, and all other the possessions of the said Richard Gipps in Little Horninger, Great Horningshearth, Bury St. Edmunds, Westley, Little Saxham, Ickworth, Fornham St. Martin, Fornahm All Saints, Ingham, and Culford, to hold to the said Thomas Sparkes and Thomas covell to the intent that they shall suffer a common recovery of the premises with double voucher.
