Demise by Thomas Grymshawe of Lapworth (Warwicks.), husbandman, and Agnes his wife, to John Cruar of Knoll (Warwicks.), chaplain, and to John Cruar, otherwise called Reynolds of Knoll, of a close of pasture in Packwood (Warwicks.) called Lightfieldes, bounded by land of the lord of Packwood to the south; the land of Humphrey Conyngesby, gentleman, now in the tenure of Maurice Walker, to the north; and extending in length from the land of the aforesaid lord to the common heath; which close the grantors lately acquired from John Fulwood the younger of Ullenhall (Warwicks.), to hold to them and the heirs of John at a rent of 4s. per annum. With appointment by the grantors of William Hychyner of Packwood and Martin Barker of Allsoll, yeomen, as their attorneys to deliver seisin. Given 31 August, 1 and 2 Philip and Mary.
