Covenant between (1) Robert Dod of Yardelie (Worcs.), esq., and Charles Dod his son and heir apparent, (2) Robert Lee of Binfield (Berks.), esq., and (3) Robert Thorpe of Northlie (Oxon.), esq., and John Carbinson of Vyckonell (Warwicks.), gementleman; that Robert and Charles Dod shall before Whitsunday next levy a fine unto Robert Thorpe and John Carbinson, or to such other person or persons as Robert Lee shall nominate, of the manors of Cloverley, alias Cloveley, and Calverhall, alias Calverall, alias Caverall, a farm of pasture ground in Moretonsea Woodlande, and of divers other messuages in the county of Sallop; to the intent set forth in a form of indenture tripartite among the same parties dated 18 January, 14 James I.
