Bargain and sale by Edward Doddinge of London, gentleman, doctor of medicine to Thomas Walstaffe of Harburbury, alias Harburye (Warwicks.), gentleman, and Timothy Wagstaff, son and heir apparent of the latter, of a messuage sometime in the tenure of Robert Mayne and afterwards in that of Simon Wharton and now in that of William Newton, a parcel of the tenement called "le Page Rentes," situated in Chancery Lane in the parish of St. Dunstan in the West, London, with all its shops, cellars, solar, etc., and subject to a lease dated 1 Febraury, 24 Elizabeth [1582] made to Robert Mayne by a certain Edward Leighe for a term of 21 years. Given on 30 November, 33 Elizabeth I.
