Bargain and sale by Robert Tykhull, son and heir of Robert Tykull lately of Horsmonden (Kent), son and one of the coheirs of Ralph Tykhull of Blecchyngleigh (Surrey), and Elizabeth his wife, one of the daughters and coheirs of Richard Groveherst, deceased; to John Bypropycche of Horsmonden, yeoman, of all that is his portion, that is to say the fourth part of the manor and lands, etc., called "Algars Pycche," "Smythes," "the Lordes Lande," and "the Buddyll Eyes" in Horsmonden and Brenchesley (Kent); for the sum of £10: £6 at the time and £4 at the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist in the year next coming in the parish church of Horsmonden.
