Quitclaim by Thomas Gooddyn of East Peckham in the county of Kent, yeoman, to Robert Byng of Wroteham in the same county, esquire, of all his right in 2 pieces of land and meadow containing 5 acres and 1 rood of land called "Newe Meade," bounded by a lane leading to the lands of Neville Delahaie, gentleman, and the lands of Arthur Gooddyn to the east and south, the lands of Thomas Fane, knight, and those of Thomas Kenward to the west, and the lands of the said Thomas Fane to the west and north; and also the 1 piece of land in East Peckham called "Hanefelde" containing 2 acres, and 2 pieces of meadow called "Great Meade" and "Squire Meade" containing 5 1/2 acres, bounded by a certain lane called "Buckherste lane" to the east, "Smythet Grene" to the south, the lands of Roger Twisden, esq., and those of the aforesaid Arthur Gooddyn to the west, and the lands of Thomas Fane, esqu., Thomas Kenward, and Thomas Wheatenhall, esq., to the north.
