Appointment by Nicholas Overburie of Nether Quinton in the county of Gloucester, esquire, of Henry Willoughby of Netherton in the county of Worcester, esq., as his attorney to receive from William Savage of Elmeley Castle in the county of Worcester, esquire, Richard Duston of Warmington in Gloucestershire, esq., Thomas Savage of Nowbery in Worcestershire, gentleman, and William Langston of Elmeley Castle aforesaid, gentleman, and Francis Dyncley, alias Dingley, several sums of money in which they are bound to him, at his chambers in the Middle Temple or at Nether Quinton as the bonds respectively specifiy, to the use of the said attorney.
