Acknowledgement by George Garth of Moredon in the county of Surrey, esquire, son and heir of Richard Garth, late of Moredon aforesaid, esquire, deceased, of the receipt from John Plumer of New Windsor in the county of Berkshire, being the consideration money mentioned in certain indentures tripartite made between the said George Garth of the first part, John Plumer of the second part, and Soloman Cole of Gray's Inn, Middlesex, gentleman, and William Salmon of High Holborn, Middlesex, gentleman, of the third part.
