Lease, 1675, Nov. 22. 22 Charles II.

Lease by Sir Richard Powle of Shottesbrooke in the county of Berkeshire, knight of the Bath, lord of the manor of the College of Shottesbrooke, James Nelthropp of Charterhouse Yard in the county of Middlesex, gentleman, and William Franklin of New Windsor, Berks., gentleman, to Richard Franklin of New Windsor, formerly holden by the copy of the court roll of the manor of the Colledge of Shottesbrooke, situated on the west side of the high street in New Windsor, which premisses were purchased of the said Thomas Nelthropp by William Franklin and formerly in the occupation of Mrs. Dobbins. With a view to the grantee obtaining the reversion under the statute for transferring uses into possession.
