Grant by George Delahey of Watryngburye in the county of Kent, gentleman, to Roger Twysden of East Peckham, esquire, for £160 of 3 pieces of land called "Cressynghames," "Le Gosse," and "Longdeane," containing 42 acres in the parish of Watryngburye, bounded by the lands of Elizabethe Goldyng and by one other piece of land called Le Gosse to the west and south, the other lands of the aforesaid George Delahey called Le Byrcholles, Idlelandes, Dayreyfeld, and Byllettweald to the east, north, and west; with a grant of a passage through the lands of the grantor called Idlelandes and Chartgarden, leading from the aforesaid pieces of land to a place called Pyssyngwell in the highway of Watryngburye. This indenture to be void if George repay to Roger the £160 on 10 December 1591 at Roydon Hall, alias Forture, where Roger dwells in East Peckham.
