Lease, 1692, January 25. 3 William and Mary.

Lease by the mayor, bailiffs, and burgesses of Chepping Wycombe in the county of Buckinghamshire to Richard Bates of the same, lace buyer, for a term of 100 years, of their plot of ground with the little rivulet running through part of the same, with the cottage or tenement of the said Richard Bates and John Bates wherein Thomas Mask now dwells lying in this burough in a certain ward or street called Frogmore on the east side of the tenement containing from the street to the bankside of the said tenement 22 1/2 feet by 6 1/2 feet; for a fine of £5 and a yearly rent of 1 shilling.
