Quitclaim by Joseph Witnall, alias Eles, of the borrough of Chepinge Wicombe in the county of Buckingham, bone lace buyer, and Mary his wife, and Joan Grove of the borrough aforesaid, spinster, two of the daughter's and heirs of John Grove, late of Penn in the same county, husbandman, and Cecily his wife, the third daughter and heir of the said John, of all their right in that cottage or tenement with its appurtenances wherein Silvester Sherfeilds now dwells, lying in King's Woods in Chepinge Wicombe aforesaid and also in all that plot of arable adjoining with appurtenances which John Grove, now deceased, had of the will of William Grove, deceased, dated 11 April 1639.
