Indenture between Anthony Robert and John Pykenden, of the first part, and William Mugge, of the second part. The parties mutually quitclaim all personal actions and John Pykenden leaves to William Mugge the 5 pieces of land, etc., lying in Lamberhurst in the county of Sussex [sic], which he lately purchased from John Robert and Anthony Robert for a terms of 3 years at a yearly rent of £5, with many remarks about the cultivation of the lands.
