Grant by John Whyrrett of Bewsall in the county of Warwick, husbandman, to Richard Rawlwns of Kynges Sutton in the county of Northampton, husbandman, for the sum of £26 of a close, without pasture, called "le priors londe" containing approximately 6 acres in Bewsall in the parish of Hatton, bounded by the land of Thomas Fetherston to the east and north, and extending alongside the lands of the lady Queen and between the lands of John Hastins to the south, up to the common pasture called "Sherwoode" to the north; with all its appurtenances which he lately purchased of Henry Medeley, esquire, and Frances his wife; with warranty against himself, his wife Elizabeth, his mother Isabel, a widow, Henry Medeley and Frances his wife. With note on livery of seisin with witnesses.
