Indenture tripartite between John Abington, gentleman, of the first part, Thomas Crumwell, gentleman, of the second part, and Thomas Walton of Horton (Dorset), yeoman, of the last part, witnessing that whereas Thomas Walton by indenture dated 1 October last, enrolled in the Common Pleas, enfeoffed Thomas Crumwell of a messuage and lands called Ryhill, etc., in Horton, and a recovery was had in the Common Pleas by John Abington of the same premises against the said Crumwell, the said recovery and conveyance are to be construed and taken to be to the use of the said Thomas Walton, his heirs and assigns. Given 16 November 3 James I, A.D. 1605.
