Quitclaim, 1618, April 13. 16 James I.

Quitclaim by Edward Boys of Betteshanger in the county of Kent to Samuel Peyton of Knolton in the said county, knight and baronet, of all his right in a piece of arable land called Wenston, containing about 8 acres lying in Estry in the county of Kent, and of another piece of land with appurtenances containing about 5 roods lying in Eastry, bounded by the lands of William Austen to the south, the king's highway to the east, and the lands of the grantee to the north and west; and of another piece of land with its appurtenances containing about 3 roods lying in Estry, bounded by the land of William Austen to the north and the land of the grantee to west, south, and east. Given on 13 April 16 James [I].
