Quitclaim, 1510, Aug. 26. 2 Henry VIII.

Quitclaim by Thomas Foster of Sandwich and Elizabeth his wife, daughter and heir of Richard Vertjuce, citizen and "stokfishmonger" of London, deceased, to John Lanley, esq., of all their right in a messuage, etc., in the parish of the Blessed Mary in the town aforesaid, in Seynt Mary between the king's highway to the east, a certain lane called "Sandwich lane" to the west, and the tenement of the heirs of John Salmon, formerly of John Rugby, to the north, and the tenement of Jeromiah Pynnell, formerly of John Nuscham, to the south of which messuage the said Richard, with John Hathyway late of Motynden, in the county Kent, "yeoman," deceased, had of the feoffment of John Adam of Sandwich, merchant. given on 26 Aug., 2 Henry VIII.
