Quitclaim by John Werthe, son of William Werthe of Wynchelse, to Thomas Haymys of Tenterden of his right in 4 pieces of land in Tenterden (Kent) upon the denne of "la Lephe" and in the tenure of the court of Broke, bounded by the lands of Thomas ate Borne to the west, and the lands of the aforesaid Thomas Haymys to the north, east, and south; which 4 pieces of land the grantor lately had of the gift of John Esscherynden; and which the grantor's father afterward had of his gift, and which the said Thomas Haymys had of the gift of the said William. Given at Tenterden on 9 November, 3 Henry VI.
