Grant by Simon Godard of the parish of Haukeherst (Kent) to Eleanor Dowle, widow of John Dowle, of Smerdon (Kent) of 1 piece of land called "Julleyscroft," containing approximately 3 acres of land lying in the parish of Smerden upon the denne of Bresynden, bounded by the king's highway to the east, the land of th elate Stephen Bakere to the south, the land of John Bayle to the west, and the land of Richard Balye to the north. Given at Smerden on the 6th day of December, 11 Edward IV.
