Quitclaim by Joan Mareys to Richard, son and heir of Alexander de la Worthe, of all her lands, etc., which she had of the gift of lady Emma Cyrencestrie in Bere (Devon) and Wytenech' (Devon), he paying to her 10s. a year for life at West Cornaworth (Devon) in the priory; with power to distrain for non-payment and a penalty of half a mark for every distraint. Given at Cornaworth on Friday after the feast of St John before the Latin Gate, 6 Edward III.
