Declaration by John Hawkyn of Waishfeld (Devon), franklin, that in the grant which he made 1 April last of all his lands in Wayshfeld to Robert Hart, Richard Weysey, and John Hawkyn his brother his intention is that they shall suffer him to enjoy the lands, etc., during his life; and after his death, they shall make an estate of all the lands, etc., to John his son and heir and to the heirs of his body, with remainder to the right heirs of the grantor. Done at Wayshfeld on 4 April, 2 "Harry the VIIth."
