Grant by Stephen Byrchesle of Tenterden to Thomas Gebon, William Gebon, Richard Pyers, William Munde, and William Robyn of a messuage with garden attached and 3 pieces of arable land and wood called "le Kyrmont," "le Reede," and "Kyrmontwode," containing an estimated 7 acres lying in the parish of Tenterden upon the denne of Mennesden and Harden and in the tenure of the court of Lambyns and Apulator, bounded by the lands of Thomas Stace and the aforesaid Richard Pyers to the east, by "Dennestrat" from Mennesden to the south, by the lands of the said Thomas Gebon, William Gebon, Richard Pyers, and William Munde called "Goldyngeshamys" to the west, and by the said Goldyngeshamys" and the lands late of Thomas Stace to the north. Given at Tenterden on 20 April, 35 Henry VI.
