Quitclaim, 1543, Oct 8. 35 Henry VIII.

Quitclaim by James Hales, serjeant at law, son and heir of John Hales, late one of the barons of the Exchequer, and Thomas Hales, gentleman, another son of the said John, to Edward Hales, gentleman, their brother, of their right in a messuage, etc., at Eastgate in the parish of Tenterden in the county of Kent, situated with the King's Highway to the east, north and south and with the lands of the aforesaid Edward to the west. Given on 8 October, 35 Henry VIII.
