Lease by Robert, abbot and commendatory of the monastery and convent of of our Blessed lady of Osney in the county Oxford, to John Williams of Ricote in the same county, and Francis Williams, gentleman, his son, of the manor of Weston in the county of Oxford, with all its lands, etc., and with the parsonage of the parish Church of Weston thereto for 99 years from Michaelmas next, for a yearly rent of £50. 3s. 3d., with convenants for distress and reentry, and repairs. Given on the 6th March, 29 Henry VIII.
