Lease by Robert Wylde, merchant, of the town of Sandwich to William atte Halle and Stephen atte Halle of the parish of Eastry in the county of Kent of 2 places with 3 barns and 1 stable, late of Thomas Baranton, now deceased, in the "borough" of Garanton in the parish of Eastry aforesaid, and of the stock thereon (specified) to hold for 5 years from Michaelmas last, past at a yearly rent of 40 quarters of barley at Christman; with covenants for distress of repairs, and bearing of charges spiritual and territorial, etc. Given on 29 November, 7 Henry VI.
