Grant by Thomas Pelle of Smerden (Kent) to John Syman of Aysshettysford (Kent) of a piece of land called Chyldrynland containing approximately 6 acres of land and lying in the parish of Smerden upon the denne of Bresynden, bounded by the land of Richard Bayle to the east, the land of Richard Hunte and the land of Richard Bayle to the south and west, and the land of the grantee and the land of the heirs of Laurence Marler to the north. Given at Smerden on 18th June, 1 Richard III.
