Grant by John Pod, merchant, and John Dyere, merchant, of Colcestr' to Simon Tynte, Alexander Erpyngham, John Odelyshoo, and William Persoun of Colcestr' aforesaid of all that meadow lying in the suburb of the city, between Reynereslane on the south and the river bank called "le Northmelne Ryvere" on the north, extending to the moor of the aforesaid John Dyere called "Reyneremoor" and the lands of the son of Sir Walter to the west, toward the garden once belonging to William atte Watere and the aforesaid riverbank to the east, which they had of the demise of the bailiff of the vill of Colchester and of the feoffment of John Cristian and Cristina his wife, John Seburgh and Agnes, formerly the wife of John Broome, etc. Given at Colcestr' on the 8th day of June, 2 Henry VI.
