Grant by William Halsnoth of the parish of Frethynden (Kent) to John Hunte of Smerden (Kent) of a piece of land, etc., called Harryhykkysfeld, containing 5 acres in the parish of Smerden on the denne of Bresynden, the King's Highway and the lands of Stephen Bakere to the north and east, the lands of the aforesaid John Hunte and the lands of Robert Theseman to the south and west; aconsideration of 4 marks to be paid in the parish church of Smerden; right of re-entry if default is made in payment. Given at Smerden on 24 March, 6 Edward IV.
