Letters of attorney of William Flemmyng, citizen and grocer of London, one of the sons and heirs of Richard Flemmyng, late alderman, citizen and "iremonger" of London, and Eleanor his wife appointng William Dey and John Harnden his attorneys to receive from Thomas Flemmyng, esquire, the other son and heir of Richard and Eleanor, seisin of all that part of lands, etc., late of the said Richard and Eleanor and of Thomas Pytelysden in the vills and parishes of Tenterden, Rolvynden, and Halden (Kent) which fell to the said Thomas on the deaths of the said Richard and Eleanor. Given on 25 May, 16 Edward IV.
