Lease by Alice, late wife of Thomas Fisshacre, for the term of her life, to Robert Hulle and Mabel his wife of the manor of Sprydelestomb, except 1/4 acre near the mansion and the rents and services of tenants for a rent of 9 marks per annum; with liberty to distrain if the rent be in arrears on the said manor and on Robert's lands, etc., in Brixton, Toxton, Shilston, and Gokslut, etc. Done at Sprydelestomb on Friday the Feast of St. Michael, 20 Richard II.
