Grant by John, son of Hugh le Schepeherde, to Richard de Bilynton of Pirye (Kent) of all his lands which he has in the fee of Echeles (Kent) of the inheritance of Hugh le Schepeherde, his late father, and of a 'place' of land called Houndesscrobbe which he acquired from Henry Gilberdes in the same fee. Given at Echeles on Saturday on the feast of St John before the Latin Gate, 20 Edward III.
