Quitclaim by John Marsham, citizen and alderman of Norwich, to William Claxton, gentleman, and Francis Throckmorton of his right in a tenement and lands called Fulchers in Cokeley (Suff.), and in a tenement called Pynchons and two pieces of land to the south and north of the said tenement, and in a piece of land abutting upon Eastongrove, the west part of which lies next to Franchesmere which divides Huntyngffeld and Cokeley, all which tenements, etc., the said John Marsham lately had jointly with the said William Claxton and Francis Throckmorton of the feoeffment of William Jenney, esquire, eldest son of Edmund Jenney, knight, William Playter, esquire, Thomas Gavell and William Cook, of Bynsted, by charter dated at Chedeston (Suff.), 20 Nov. 3 Henry VIII. Given at Chedeston on 1 September, 16 Henry VIII.
