Agreement between Thomas Worthe, esquire, of the one part and John Mildon, clerk, and John Rayne of the other part, witnessing that whereas Thomas by his charter dated at Worthe (Devon) 11 Oct., 15 Henry VII, granted to John Mildon and John Rayne the next presentation to the rectory of Wasshfeld (Devon) after the death or resignation of Sir Laurence London, the present incumbent, nevertheless John Mildon and John Rayne grant that if Thomas Worthe successfully present John Torney to the said rectory, or if the latter die before a vacancy, that charter shall be void. Given at Worthe, 14 Oct., 15 Henry VII.
