Demise, 1498, May 6. 13 Henry VII.

Demise by Robert Harte, Richard Weysey, and John Hawkyn to John Hawkyn, son and heir of John Hawkyn, late of Wayshfeld (Devon), deceased, of all the lands, etc., which they lately had of the gift of the late John Hawkyn in Wayshfeld, to hold to him and the heirs of the said late John Hawkyn, and appointment by them of William Snow, clerk, rector of Kydysford and William Gebyns as their attorneys to deliver seisin.
