The Hermann Goering [i.e. Göring] papers, 1894-1987, (bulk 1894-1931).

Consists of photocopies of German documents (with English translations) regarding Göring's military career during World War I. Documents were taken from: Aus Kriegstagebüchern und Kriegsakten als Entwurf zusammengestellt von der Kriegswissenschaftlichen Abteilung der Luftwaffe and include records of Göring's military service compiled by Gritzbach; flight reports and 44 aerial photographic reports made by Göring of missions undertaken in World War I and compiled by Major Dr. Armecke. Other items include: photocopies from Göring's family albums, a summary of collected letters of Hermann and his wife (1920-31), German maps (1894) and a trip diary concerning travels to Mila-Verona (1911).
