Opinion on a case, December 1830.

Pollock's reponse to a request for his opinion on a civil case in which the plaintiff argued that a contract was void due to statutory requirements. Pollock wrote the opinion on page 2 of the request, on the 13th and 16th of December 1830.

Sir Frederick Pollock received a B.A. degree from Trinity College, Cambridge (1806), entered the study of law at the Middle Temple (1807), and received a M.A. degree from Canterbury (1809).
