Country music artist Roy Acuff discusses his first appearance on the Grand Ole Opry. He recalls David Stone's invitation to appear and his nervousness during his first Opry appearance. Stone and Acuff recall Opry road shows of the late 1930s.

Roy Claxton Acuff (September 15, 1903 – November 23, 1992) was an American country music singer, fiddler, and promoter.
