Photograph album showing Watkins, her colleagues, soldiers, and civilians. She drove Bridget, a vehicle used for transporting wounded, and as a "rolling store" to provide supplies for refugees. Many images are of towns and buildings where she worked, including Compiegne, Moyenville-sur-Marne, Château-Thierry, and Vaux, and the captions identify the fate of some of the individuals and buildings portrayed in the photographs.

The American Committee for Devastated France (ACDF) had its origins in the Civilian Division of the American Fund for French Wounded (est. 1916) and was organized in 1918 to provide emergency relief and restoration aid to the citizens of post-World War I France.
