Class album : class of 1858.

Contains formal portrait photographs of selected students, faculty members, and views of the Harvard campus. Final photograph is that of a middle-aged African-American man, identified only as "Sylvester." Some photographs are amended with a handwritten note of the death of the sitter; noted near the portrait of of William F. Lee is the fact that he is the son of General Robert E. Lee. A few documents are inserted between pages of the album.
