Anonymous manuscript letters, mainly from Paris (with a few from Neuwied), describing current events as the French Revolution progressed. Topics include the activities of the Convention nationale, the decision concerning the fate of the king, the Jacobins, foreign relations, and the Terror. Individuals discussed include Louis XVI, Marat, Lafayette, and Robespierre. The letters are numbered from 1-37, followed by numbers 18-26. Housed in cloth clamshell box.
