This is a collection of what appears to be 2 columns from a newspaper that lists the State of Washington Democratic ticket and the list for the Republican ticket for the election of Oct. 1, 1889. It appears that it must have been from a King County newspaper because it lists the tickets for the State and the tickets for King County, WA. It is possible that these columns were cut from a larger section and saved for the King County section only. The columns list candidates for: Governor, Liet. Governor, Sec. of State, Treasurer, Auditor, Attorney General, Supt. of Public Instruction, Comm. of Public Lands and Supreme Judges. The King County Ticket lists candidates for: Superior Judge, County Clerk, State Senators and Representatives.
