Plouf, a naturopath, 1924; Life Extension Institute, which offered urinalysis services and published health advice to its members, 1914-1960; Life Massage, a company making heating pads for treatment of arthritis and rheumatism, 1957-1958; and Life Prolongation Research Institute, an affiliate of the Bjorksten Research Foundation, which allegedly did scientific research on halting or reversing the aging process, 1955-1971.
