Ledger entries concerning property-related transactions of Manuela Velasco de Gonzalez and her son Ignacio Gonzalez, and their heir, Ignacio's daughter Mariana Gonzalez. Includes transactions regarding two haciendas: San Cristoval in Cerrogordo, and San Nicolas del Paredon in Zacatlán. There are entries for sales tax on pulque, as well as wages to employees and purchase of staples such as barley, rice and corn. There are also entries for legal fees, including to lawyer Francisco de Barrera. These entries run from April 19, 1834 to July 22, 1841. This document appears to have been written by Pedro Antonio Fernandez, síndico (trustee). Also included is a separate single-sheet document from the Comisario General de México, responding to the request of Doña Felipa Zapata, and promising to pay 15 pesos, 4 reales, and 5 granos to Maria del Pilar Zapata, as a pension payment to her as the daughter of Capitan D. Gregorio --- , corresponding to the month of December 1832. It is dated September 25, 1833, and is signed "Solo por ocup.on de mi compañero. Ign. de la Barrera."
