Seminar papers and programme of the Post War Reconstruction Seminar. Papers delivered were on the following the: The Background to Post War Reconstruction, chaired by Professor Robin Gollan; The full employment objective, chaired by Professor F.H. Gruen; Foreign Affairs, chaired by Alan Renouf; Domestic Affairs, chaired by Dr Anne Summers. Amongst those who delivered papers were Dr H.C. Coombs, Clem Lloyd and Dr Andrew Marcus. A full list of seminar participants is available. Letter from Professor G. Firth to Professor Robin "Bob" Gollan dated Oct. 2 1981. The collection includes some original papers from the Post War Reconstruction period.

During the 1960s Clem Lloyd was a member of the Federal Parliamentary Press Gallery. From 1967-1973 he was Press Secretary for Lance Barnard, the Deputy Leader of the Opposition.
